The “Preschool Education in the Vanadzor Community” is an analytical publication aimed at a wide range of the public. It aims to raise the level of public awareness, create a basis for effective dialogue and informed discussions between the civil society and public sector.

The main source of information is the 2024 Vanadzor community budget and responses to inquiries addressed to the Vanadzor community administration regarding budget execution, other official documents and data.
