The objective of the report is to conduct a comparative analysis of correlation between the 2024 budget allocations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the public procurement made at their expense, aimed at identifying the efficiency of distribution and use of budgetary funds, assess the compliance of state procurement processes with the current legislative regulations, as well as contribute to increasing transparency, accountability and public oversight in the Justice Sector.
