The objective of this document is to assess the structure of the Budget Program in Social Protection “Support for Vulnerable Social Groups and Support for Social Groups in Difficult Life Situations” (1011), the formulation of activities, and the system of outcome indicators. It is aimed to identify their alignment with the requirements of program budgeting, as well as to present practical recommendations for improving the outcome oriented nature, transparency, and efficiency of the program.
