As part of the development of the Draft MoESCS 2027–2029 Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (including the draft budget application for 2027), the Ministry is organizing public discussions regarding the draft.

Information regarding the dates and time of the public discussions, by sector, is provided below:

Higher Education, Science –29 April at 15:00

General Education, Craftsmanship, Secondary Vocational Education and Training, Supplementary and Continuing Education –12 May at 14:00

Contemporary Art and Publishing – 13 May at 11:00

Cultural Heritage, Preservation of Monument –13 May at 15:00

Sports –14 May at 15:00

Youth, Foreign Relations, Cooperation with the Diaspora –15 May at 11:00

Representatives of interested civil society organizations, professional groups, foundations, and associations operating in the above-mentioned sectors are invited to participate in the discussions.
