Justice is of great importance in the development of every country. State programmes in the Justice Sector play an important role in regulating the society, protecting human rights and socio-economic development of the country.
Allocations to the Justice Sector Pogrammes in 2024 amounted to AMD 75.4 billion, which exceeds the level of the previous year by more than AMD 3 billion or 4.2 %.
The state policy of Justice Sector in 2024 was implemented through 16 budget programmes. The Ministry of Justice coordinates 7 of these programmes. The Prosecutor’s Office coordinates 3 programmes. And the remaining 6 sectoral responsible bodies have implemented one programme each.
