The Government plans to allocate AMD 75.0 bln from the 2026 state budget to ensure the functioning of the justice sector, which amounts to 2.1% of the expenditures of planned state budget.

35.3% of these expenditures, or AMD 26.5 bln, is planned to direct to ensuring the functioning of the judicial system.

30.3% of the expenditures, or AMD 22.7 bln, is planned to allocate to conducting preliminary investigations in the sector.

17.9% of the expenditures, or AMD 13.4 bln, is planned to be direct to ensuring the supervision and maintenance of the conditions of convicted and detained persons.
