The objective of the “Providing Access to Higher Education in Yerevan for Students from the Regions, Reimbursement of Accommodation Fees for Students from the Regions and International Students” programme is aimed at providing students with dormitory conditions at discount prices.

Students and postgraduate students (residents) from the regions of the Republic of Armenia studying at universities in Yerevan, as well as students receiving higher and postgraduate education under an interstate agreement (hereinafter referred to as students) may be the beneficiaries of the programme.

An annual agreement to implement the program is signed between the organization and the ministry, which defines the maximum amount of funds to be reimbursed to the organization under the programme, the maximum number of students enrolled in the programme, minimum requirements for accommodation services, the maximum number of discounted places provided by the organization, etc.
