Overall objective of the project
To contribute to the development of state – CSO cooperation agenda in agricultural sector public support programs, particularly regarding the delegation of certain services by the state to CSOs.
Specific objectives of the project
- To promote the development of state – CSO cooperation in the process of implementation of public support programs in agricultural sector by raising awareness and developing the agenda regarding the need to delegate certain functions of state programs (particularly training of farmers) to civil society organizations.
- To present and advance recommendations to state authorities regarding the introduction of mechanisms for delegating certain functions of public support programs in agricultural sector to local NGOs.
