Overall objective of the project
To contribute to enhancing the transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of public budgeting policy in the field of social protection in the Republic of Armenia, particularly regarding state support programs for persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
Specific objectives of the project
- To ensure evidence-based advocacy, based on the results of budget monitoring and analyses conducted within the framework of state programs for persons displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in the social protection sector.
- To promote the participation of civil society organizations and citizens in budgetary processes, as well as to strengthen constructive policy dialogue among state bodies, CSOs, and other stakeholders.
- To ensure the publicizing of recommendations developed based on the results of budget monitoring.
