Overall objective of the project
To promote the expansion of public participation and the strengthening of accountability in the higher education budgetary process through the increased applicability of results-based budgeting.
Specific objective of the project
To improve results-based budgeting and public accountability in the higher education budgetary process by introducing a unified data system (or indicators/data standards) and strengthening the “expenditure-output-impact” link through public participation and policy dialogue.
