Overall objective of the project
To contribute to the inclusion of rehabilitation/re-socialization services in the penitentiary and probation sectors as part of a sustainable and predictable budgetary policy, increasing the efficiency, transparency and accountability of public funds and reducing dependence on donor.
Specific objective of the project
Develop and implement an advocacy strategy that will enhance the visibility, targeting, and continuity of funding of rehabilitation service in state budget and program documents, as well as promote transparent and results-based approaches to commissioning services through state-CSO collaboration.
