Overall objective of the project

To conduct analysis and monitoring of the budget program “Support for vulnerable and socially disadvantaged groups of the population” of the 2025 budget in the social support sector in order to expand public participation and ensure transparency of budget processes.

Specific objectives of the project

• Conduct systematic analysis and monitoring of the social budget program.
• Develop budget analysis and monitoring capabilities of CSOs and media representatives.
• Ensure the expansion and continuity of public participation in budget processes.

Encourage discussion of budget results with stakeholders and responsible bodies to enhance public influence.
