• Analyze the allocations to the state budget for the livestock sector and assess their effectiveness.
• Promote participation of beneficiaries – farmers, women engaged in agriculture, and youth – in budget processes.

Develop evidence-based recommendations for improving the sector policies to ensure more transparent and effective budget management
