Overall objective of the project ․
To carry out targeted advocacy for improving budgetary processes in the General Education Sector in Vanadzor community based on monitoring data aimed to achieve policy changes at the state level.

Develop and promote a package of public pressure and expert recommendations that will force the RA MօESCS and the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure to implement regulatory changes.
