Social protection is not merely a support, but rather an investment in the human capital, which is aimed at increasing the well-being of the population and reducing social inequalities. AMD 905.6 bln, will be allocated to the social protection sector in 2025, which is 6.2% more compared with the precious year.
These funds will be used to implement numerous programmes, ranging from supporting the socially vulnerable groups to providing housing, and from improving the demographic situation to social inclusion of persons with disabilities.
The 50%increase in funding for the housing programme is particularly important, a significant portion of which will be directed to supporting families forcibly displaced from Artsakh.
More details about the programmes are available in the infographic video.
