Funding for the Justice Sector of Armenia in 2025 will amount to AMD 75.2 bln, which is slightly more than in the previous year. 

Adequate funding of the Justice Sector is vital for strengthening statehood and developing democracy. This is directly related to establishing the rule of law, protecting citizens’ rights and increasing public trust.

There are eight main departments operating in the sector: the Ministry of Justice, the Investigative Committee, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Anti-Corruption Committee, the Constitutional Court, the Human Rights Defender’s Office, and the the Corruption Prevention Commission. The allocated funds are directed to the improvement and development of the justice system.
