The justice system, as one of the pillars of the state, has received significant funding of AMD 78.1 bln in 2024. This allocation has increased significantly compared to the previous year, providing an opportunity for further development of the sector.
The budget of Justice Sector is distributed among a number of state bodies, including the Supreme Judicial Council, the Ministry of Justice, the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Anti-Corruption Committee and other structures.
The major share of these funds is allocated to ensure the functioning of the judiciary, the investigative services and the penitentiary system.
