The medium-term expenditure program defines the priorities of the state budget for the next three years and the main directions to be implemented in the Social Sector. It includes measures aimed at supporting vulnerable groups, promoting employment as well as improving the access to social services and improving their quality.

In 2026–2028, funding for the Social Protection Sector will increase, enabling the implementation of programs related to housing, care, employment, and addressing demographic challenges. Special attention will also be paid to the inclusion and continuity of support for families displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
