In accordance with the Decision No. 36-A of 16 January, 2025 of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, public discussions of the 2026–2028 Medium-Term Expenditure Framework of the Chief Managers of Budget Allocations  (SMBs) of the Republic of Armenia and the 2026 budget financing applications with civil society organizations and citizens have begun.

As part of this process, members of the “Center of Economic Right” NGO (CER NGO) actively participated in public discussions of SMBs’ applications in the Justice Sector within the sub-grant project “Justice Sector Budget Monitoring and Analysis” implemented within the framework of the European Union funded “Budgets for Citizens” project. In particular, they have participated in the discussion of the 2026–2028 MTEF applications of the SJC, the HRD, the Staff of the Prime Minister, and the Staff of the President, the Anti-Corruption Committee, the Corruption Prevention Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the Constitutional Court.

During the meetings, the project representatives held productive and meaningful discussions with state bodies. In addition, the proposals discussed during the meetings will be submitted in written form to the relevant state bodies in the near future.
