An online discussion on the “Other Capabilities” section of the distance learning phase in the framework of the training program aimed at transferring budget knowledge to young professionals took place. The discussion was aimed at assisting the participants to deepen their knowledge and skills in the area of ​​needs-based related capacity development.

Ms Syuzanna Soghomonyan, the representative of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association facilitated the discussion. She greeted the attendees, welcoming the active engagement of the participants, and particularly emphasized the practical significance of the topics under discussion. Further the discussion continued in the interactive question-and-answer format.

The participants were actively involved in the discussion, asking their questions, which mainly related to the financial sustainability of CSOs, human resource management, development of external relations, strategic planning and self-assessment.

The discussion was held in an interactive format. In addition to answering the questions, the expert provided practical examples, which allowed the participants to better understand various aspects of the topic.

At the end of the meeting, the participants and the ALA representative thanked each other, emphasizing the importance of such discussions from the perspective of professional growth and the sectoral development.
