Within the framework of the “Social Budget: When the Citizen’s Voice Matters” sub-grant project implemented in the scope of the “Budgets for Citizens” Action, Mr. Gharib Harutyunyan, a budget and advocacy expert at the “NGO Center” Civil Society Development NGO, and Ms Nane Mkhitaryan, the young budget specialist of the organization, presented the key findings of the analysis conducted in the social protection sector during the “Ko Dzayne” (Your Voice) program on Public Radio of Armenia.

In particular, the discussion covered state support programs for persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of state budget policy.
