On 15 June, a discussion on the new “Budget Knowledge Sharing and Learning” platform to be created within the framework of the European Union-funded “Budgets for Citizens” (B4C) program, was held.
The e-learning platform is an alternative education tool that enables various stakeholders to receive informal education in their areas of interest, such as budget reading, budget monitoring tools, budget analysis, budget process advocacy strategies, internal capacity building of CSOs and strengthening of related skills, etc.
Ms Tatevik Davtyan, Programme Officer, International Aid/Cooperation Section at EU Delegation to Armenia, members of the B4C project consortium: ALA President Mr. Karen Zadoyan, Head of the “Economic Development and Research Center” NGO Ms Karine Harutyunyan, project representatives Mr. Artak Saribekyan, Ms Syuzanna Soghomyan, Mr. Carl Ulbricht, Ms Lilit Hakobyan, Ms Alisa Chilingaryan and Ms Hakobyan Anahit Mardoyan were present at the discussion.
