The 2025 Simplified Social Protection Budget is an analytical publication targeting a large scope of the audience of the public, contributing to the increase of interest in the sector and strengthening public oversight. The objective of this initiative in addition to raising public awareness is aimed to promote effective cooperation between the civil society and public sector as well, thus ensuring open, transparent and informed discussions on the social policy.

The main sources of information are the Budget Laws of the RA and reports on the implementation of the Annual Budget, as well as other official documents and data. Data on the Annual Budget for 2025 are programmatic, while data for 2024 and all previous years are actual. The document identifies expenditures for social protection with the amount of expenditures allocated to the Social Protection budget programmes.
