On 8 May, the representative of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association Ms Syuzanna Soghomonyan, held a discussion within the framework of the “Budgets for Citizens” action with the young professionals, participants of the budget training programme launched within the framework of the “Budgets for Citizens” action.
Suzanna Soghomonyan first welcomed all the participants and noted the successful course of the training.
Further, the participants asked the expert questions of their concern regarding the “Implementation of advocacy in the budget process” component of the project and discussed a number of issues related to the component.
At the end of the meeting, the young participants expressed gratitude to the expert for the work done and the educational material developed in an accessible manner.
The “Budgets 4 Citizens” (B4C) action (8 December, 2022 – 7 December, 2026) is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, in cooperation with partners “Economic Development and Research Center” (EDRC) NGO and “Agora Central Europe” NGO (Czech Republic).
