On 26 April, the participants of the budget training for young professionals launched within the framework of the “Budgets for Citizens” action had an online discussion with the expert of the budget component of the program Ms Lilit Hakobyan, representative of “Economic Development and Research Center” (EDRC).
At the beginning of the online meeting, the experts welcomed the participants and noted successful course of the training.
The meeting then continued in a question-and-answer format. Young people asked substantive and technical questions of interest to the budget module specialist. Expert Lilit Hakobyan, in turn, answered in detail all the questions of the participants.
During the meeting, the results of the first module “Budget Knowledge” of the online phase of budget training were summed up and the participants made a smooth transition to the second module “Advocacy implementation” of the online phase.
The “Budgets 4 Citizens” (B4C) action (8 December, 2022 – 7 December, 2026) is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, in cooperation with partners “Economic Development and Research Center” (EDRC) NGO and “Agora Central Europe” NGO (Czech Republic).
